Precision machined parts
Thin-wall housings, heat-sink cavities, bearing seats and threaded inserts. Milled and turned on 3- to 5-axis centres, inspected against the drawing before the batch is packed.
See machining capabilities →We publish a project only when the customer allows it — naming a client is their decision, not ours.
Most of the work we do is invisible: brackets, housings, fixtures and inserts that end up inside somebody else’s product. The three groups below are what we quote most often, and each one ships with the paperwork a purchasing team actually needs — material certificate, first-article inspection, and a full-dimensional report on request.
If your part looks like one of these, send the drawing. An engineer reviews it and replies with a price and DFM notes, including the features we would change to make it cheaper.

Printed parts for fit checks and design reviews, so a geometry mistake costs a day instead of a mould. Once the design settles, the same part moves to machining or molding.

Laser cutting, bending, welding and finishing for chassis, panels and mounting plates — usually the frame that the machined parts bolt into.
See fabrication capabilities →Writing up a project means publishing someone else’s part geometry, material and volumes. Some customers are fine with it; most are not. We would rather show three honest capability groups than five decorated stories you cannot verify. When a customer agrees to be written up — with their dimensions, their numbers and their sign-off — it will appear in this space.
