Yongshuo Industrial Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) runs suo888.cn. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.

What we collect

• Quote requests. When you submit the form on /quote/ we receive the name, email address, country, quantity, project description and any drawings or files you attach. We use them only to prepare your quote and to discuss the job with you.
• Direct contact. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can answer questions and keep a record of the order.
• Technical data. Standard server logs record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. These are used for security and for keeping the site working.
• Analytics. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Without your consent, analytics cookies are not set.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or your drawings to anyone.
• We do not use your drawings for any purpose other than quoting and manufacturing your parts.
• We do not add you to marketing lists because you asked for a quote.

Who sees your information

Your inquiry is handled by our own engineering team. Where a job requires a partner workshop in our network, we share only the drawing and the technical details needed to produce the part, under the same confidentiality. Email and hosting providers process messages and files on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Quote correspondence and order records are kept for as long as needed to support repeat orders and warranty questions, normally up to five years. Drawings for quotes that do not turn into orders can be deleted on request at any time.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Essential ones are required for the quote form to work (session and security tokens). Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, not on our server.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@suo888.cn with the subject line “Data request” and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Uploaded drawings are stored on our server and are only accessible to the people preparing your quote. If you prefer not to upload files, email them to info@suo888.cn instead.
